Refund Policy

Cancellations, Refunds Policies:
We understand that sometimes things don't always go according to plan so we have made this Refund/Replacement Policy for you! The refund process can be initiated within 30 days of your receipt of the items, please contact us by email(service@goatglasses.shop) and include your order number in the email.

Cancel order policy:

If you regret your purchase immediately after, please notify us within 5 hours on Facebook or by email (service@goatglasses.shop) and we will give you a full refund if we have not yet shipped your order.

Refunds Policies:

We usually inspect your items for damage or defects before shipping and try to protect them as much as possible from damage during the long shipping process.


1. If the item you received has serious damage (such as torn, deformed, broken holes) resulting in completely unable to use the item, you need to provide pictures to our mail, we will resend your item free of charge, and you can keep the original item.

2. If you receive an item with a few defects (e.g. the color of the item is a little bit not according to the description, has a slight odor, a little bit offline, a little bit of stains or scratches), but it does not affect the use of the item, you can apply for a partial refund (10%-40%), or send the item back to China, but you need to pay for the shipping cost to send the item back.

3.If the item you received is too big or too small but the size is not wrong, you need to be able to take pictures and send an email to us to apply for a return, but you need to pay for the shipping cost to send it back to China, and we will refund you after the item is delivered. Or you can apply for a 10%-30% partial refund and you can keep the original item!

4.Usually our shipping time is 12-18 days, your order can be checked on 17track website for tracking information usually within 7 days, if your order is not delivered in 40 days, don't hesitate to contact us, we will resend your order for free.
