Q:Why are the prices of your glasses so low?

A:We are a professional eyeglasses processing factory, there is no middleman to earn the difference, your items will be shipped directly from the factory, our aim is to let our customers spend the least amount of money to buy their favorite brands.

 

Q:What is the material of your eyeglasses?

A:All lenses are made of resin, which is resistant to drops and pressure. The legs are made of resin, tungsten-titanium material, and metal decorations, which are lightweight, drop-resistant, and flexible.

 

Q:How's your packaging?

A:All of our glasses come with a branded box, branded card, and eyeglass fabric, making them perfect as a gift for both ladies and gentlemen!

 

Q:Why does the item variable option say Navy color, but the picture is blue?

A:Everything about the item you receive is based on the picture, the variable option is just a marking reference. Our items are 100% as described.

 

Q:Can I remove the lenses from my glasses and replace them with myopic or presbyopic lenses?

A:As long as the lenses are not attached to the frame, you can remove the lenses, but you will need to find myopia or presbyopia lenses that are a perfect match in terms of shape and size in order to install them.

 

Q:How's your shipping speed?

A:Using standard shipping to the United States and Canada usually takes 15-22 days, USPS Express shipping takes 12-18 days

 

Q: Is the payment of your website safe?

A: Our site has secured payment through PayPal, after your purchase, your money will be saved by PayPal and frozen until your tracking information shows the delivery of your item. You can contact PayPal customer service at any time within 30 days to dispute this order, so you can shop with us with 100% confidence.


Q: Do you keep items in stock on your website?


A: Usually we have about 30 of each item in stock and will replenish the stock after a week, so our items may be out of stock during peak season, so please hurry up and order the items you want if they are available for purchase!

 

Q:Are your refunds difficult?

A:1.If you receive glasses that are unusable, such as scratched lenses or damaged legs, you need to take a picture or video and send it to us (service@goatglasses.shop), we will resend the item to you for free, or you can keep the original item without sending it back.
2. If you receive the glasses and find a little defect without affecting the use, for example, the size is too big or too small for you, the color has a little discoloration, etc., please send a photo to our mailbox (service@goatglasses.shop), and we will return 10%-50% of the cost to compensate you according to your situation, and you can keep the original item without sending it back.
3.Our shipping time is usually not more than 24 days, if you do not receive the item 40 days after purchase, please send an email to notify us, we will refund or help you to resend the order.
